Failure to record - late recording

Piece of garbage cameras are recording worse than ever. I have a 100 ft driveway and it didn't start recording a vehicle until it was all the way up and was behind the house.

 This is garbage. This camera used to record by when the vehicle was halfway which was not acceptable.

BTW, I had to open a new account. I could no longer login to my old one and all the password resets have been ignored! 

I'd post the camera video but this website is too convoluted to provide a way to do it.

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods.
