Hello,
I'm not talking about previous unexplained interruptions, updates without announcement, but you remain without security.
For two months everything is moving slowly, after entering the application, you wait 5-10 seconds for the menu to appear, images for which you have notified, disappear. Motion detection, as if it's gone, moves 5-10 seconds to detect.
I restarted the cameras, restarted the hub, updated everything, restarted the router, everything works very slowly, as if to say suckers buy others.
Good Day

5-10sec for the arlo menu to load on iPhone 5s is the fastest I’ve ever had.
The thumbnails appear and status loads 5-10 sec after that and has never been any quicker.
The infrared detection feature is dependent on motion across the field of view but you will miss fast moving objects like birds as the camera takes time to start streaming the video to the cloud and the cloud video does not get presented in the library until the motion has stopped which is a minimum 10sec after.
The only way to see a fast moving object pass by is to externally power the cameras to use the 3sec preroll feature.
