I have two base stations and one of them allows me to set custom modes and has more video settings while the other Basestation doesn’t have any additional video settings, can’t add custom modes, and can’t add activity zones. Also it doesn’t give me the option for device utilities such as camera positioning and motion detection test. Why are these two Basestation‘s so different?

Are they both in the same account? Or are you using friend access for the one that is restricted?
