Mew user, have iPhone 8s. Events do not show up in library. Bought from Best Buy, took my phone there and they checked all settings. Nothing wrong.

Hi Jdale41,

 

Are you able to view the recordings through the web client on your computer? If you cannot, make sure that your camera is detecting motion and it is on "Armed" mode.
