Hello, since we can't contact anybody from Arlo without a subscription plan ($!!$$!$!$!), I try in here . I saw on the website, an upgrade plan for us customer regarding the end of life policy. As a Canadian customer, I want to know what is this upgrade policy and why its not offer to Canadian customer ? The end of life policy should offer something on exchange of changing the condition that make us buy Arlo in the first place (7 free day of cloud storage). That doesn't seem to be fair or legal to me....what are our options instead of buying a new base and a new Cameron at full price..
