We have four cameras that were listed as having a end of life on July 1st. We recently purchased new cameras to replace these and we were wondering what do we do with the cameras that will no longer be active?

Actually, the old cameras will continue to work fine for the foreseeable future. What won't happen are updates (which haven't happened in some time anyway) as well as support from future updates for other devices and hardware in the future. The old system will continue to work as before.
If you really want to discard the old devices, places like Staples and others accept electronic devices as well as maybe your local recycling facility.
