Downloaded Arlo App 2.7.1 & Now Not Receiving Notifications

After the latest app my friends Arlo is not receiving notifications when his camera is triggered. anybody else having this problem or have a solution thank you for your help

Did your friend try to reboot the base station & test the notifications again? Is the system Armed?
