Does Arlo Pro 2 Recording Delay Issues?

I read that there were a number of recording delay issues with the first Arlo Pro that caused me not to make a purchase. Has the Arlo Pro 2 addressed these concerns?

Arlo Pro has minimal issues with a recording delay. The Arlo HD has quite a marked lag eg many people would report their video was of people walking away from their front door, not towards it.
Arlo Pro and Pro 2 have minimal lag. Arlo Pro 2, when powered, has a 3 second prr-buffer as well so you get 3 seconds of recording prior to the motion being detected
