I have two systems in separate properties and want to add additional cameras. Do they still make the Pro 2 cameras?

No.

Many current models (all Essentials, Pro 4, Pro 5s) can connect directly to your home wifi, and don't need a base.
There are several bases that were sold with the Pro 2. Base station compatibility info is here:
Look for a VMBxxxx label on your base.
Note that all currently sold cameras will require a subscription to get cloud recordings. Arlo stopped offering the 7-day cloud recordings you get with the Pro 2 on new models back in 2018.
