Did not receive anything about my faulty camera

I am waiting for an reply back from Arlo since the 11th June after a online chat about my faulty camera. I received an email that I would be contacted awith 1 or 2 working days. But I still havent't received anything. Very poor service which needs improving. If you want my case number, here it is: 41736137.
