Corrupted images and green screen

One of my Pro 2 cameras has recently started showing vertical lines, like a barcode, or a vivid green colour. It’s over most of the image. The sound is not affected. 
I'm unable to contact support via chat. 

this is a recent problem. Everything else looks normal. Does anyone have advice?

    This can be either

    • a failure of the camera's compression hardware
    • loss on the network connection between the camera and the hub

    Swap the camera with one of the others, and see if the problem stays with the camera or whether it instead stays at that location.

This can be either
