Arlo Pro 2 Camera is not syncing

Arlo Pro2 camera battery would not charge.  Purchased new one from Amazon.  When received I charged it.  After charging was complete I tried syncing and it was not working so I clicked on remove device thinking that I needed to do a complete reboot.  Now I am trying to re-add the camera but I am getting a message "camera not found".

Try briefly (<1 second) pressing the base sync button and then the camera button to see if that works.
