I have the Android app installed on a Pixel 6 Pro. Only my wife has access otherwise, also on a P6P, but she reports never accessing it.
I find I am constantly being logged out of the app, so fail to get notifications. When I log back in I sometimes I get the message device limit reached, but then it logs me in anyway. Often I have to go through 2FA, rather than just my fingerprint, which is doubly annoying.
The only devices I have are 3x Pro 2 cameras and the base station. The base station appears to have 2 entries - one with a Wi-Fi like symbol.
I never log in to the web and I never log out of the app, I just close it. Permissions have been set to allow it to manage its own power and run in the background.
Please help, this is getting very frustrating.

No problem here on a Pixel 6 (not Pro). Maybe try disabling fingerprint access?

Perhaps already tried but have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? If you log into your own account on your wife's phone, what happens?
