Since I can’t get in touch with a human here goes. I’ve got a camera that always seemed to run out of battery faster than others and I assumed it was picking up the trees. Now I’ve moved it and it alerts motion on a minute basis and there’s nothing there. I’ve read it’s a hardware issue but customer support bot really sucks and I’m not paying a fee to speak with a person (ridiculous). I’m having to recharge the battery on a 2x a week basis. I’ve turned motion detection all the way down. I’ve turned sound off. I’ve disarmed and rearmed the system as I’ve read on here.

Can you provide more detail regarding the setup of the camera.

What is the distance between the camera and base station, is their any obstacles between, concrete walls, metal framework etc.

You indicate your getting constant triggering, does the triggering stop if you turn off the camera using the settings menu.

You mention you adjusted the motion sensitivity and turned sound off, where have you made the changes, in the camera settings page or in the mode camera rules?

Less than 20 feet, no obstruction besides 3 interior walls and one exterior wall. My other other 2 cameras are 2-3x farther away

It does not appear to alert with the camera off.

Changes were made in camera settings. The sensitivity is set so low that it doesn’t detect animals or

people but continues to trigger on nothing.

You might try removing the camera from the account, and then onboarding it again.

I’ve done it. Didn’t make any difference
