It doesn't connect to my app. I reset it multiple times already also uninstall the app and install it back in and it wont still connect. The internet and power button is green but the camera is always amber.

Is this a new install or previously installed? WHen you reset did you hold the button until the LEDs flashed amber? If this was previously installed have you removed all devices from Settings, My Devices?
