2 of 5 outdoor cameras that are under overhangs have clear coverage during day, but at night, the picture is clouded with what looks like sideways rain streaking through and obscuring the images. Any others experience this? Any recommended solution?

The video link above is normal. It's due to bugs, dust, etc. that gets blown in front of the camera and lit up by the IR LEDs.

yes it did show up later... as J ( above ) mentioned , it is some sort of dust, etc being illuminated by the IR lights
