Motion alerts doesn't appear and does not show me the option for free cloud recording for 7 days

after returning my previous arlo pro 2 camera set due to connection issues, the new set i received in exchange is not giving motion alerts nor does it show me the option for free cloud recording for 7 days.

I have the same setting across all cameras. Motrion was working yesterday on Camera 1 yesterday. Today it is not. Still 52% power. Can sosmeone help? The motion sensor does not yield yellow on motion. Can someone help as to what my next step is?

Try to reinstall your Arlo app to see if that helps. Could you clarify what you mean you can't see the option for "free cloud recording for 7 days"? Could you provide a screenshot?
