Christmas morning video lost

Set a camera up to catch the moment our children woke and discovered what Santa brought. Watched the recording with my wife before going to bed Christmas day. Went to review and save the recording today, it's not there. Very frustrating. I don't know what happened, no, I didn't delete it. Very frustrating. Any help would be most appreciated. Too late for a Christmas miracle?

Arlo Pro 2 comes with a 7 day recording, so by my calculations, if the video was recorded on 25 Dec, it'll automatically be deleted from the cloud by 2 Jan.

Agreed on the 7 day. I'm a no subscription customer, using the free storage. By your calculations, 01/02 is today; the videos were vapor as of yesterday. Arlo customer support, very responsive for what it is worth, tells me that from what they can see on their "end" there are no recordings after 3:30 am on the 25th. No, I did not delete the videos...
