Check to confirm if plan is active?

I’ve had multiple emails saying failed payments.  Then a final one saying my plan is cancelled.  I’ve checked and I’m paying a single camera plan.  Can you confirm if my plan is active?

You can check the status of your subscription by logging in to your account and navigating to Settings > Subscription. Form there, make sure the credit card information on file is up to date and you have the desired active subscription plan.
