I have Arlo Pro2 with 5 cameras in my store. As others have reported, the scheduling feature no longer works. It is said they are "working on it", but with no results for more than a month now, I am wondering if I should just get a more reliable product and throw all of this in the trash. My cameras are my security system after hours, and now if I do not manually switch to armed every night, I have no security system. I find it difficult to believe they are seeking a solution to this, maybe they are trying to get me to upgrade to something else? Fat chance! If I have to change this, I will never tough another ARLO product.

I believe it does work now.  Try recreating the schedule, and see if that helps.  If it doesn't, you might need to remove the cameras and base from the account, re-onboard them, and recreate the schedule again.
