I wanted to change my registered email address for security reasons. Unfortunately I mis-spelt the new email address and hence I haven’t received the verification email.
I’m now locked out of the Arlo App.

I am having the same problem, and so I created that same email and I’m still not receiving the verification email. Now I can’t get into the account to fix it.
