Can I use a VMb5000 with Arlo pro two cameras?

If I am recording video clips to the thumb drive, can the video clips that are on the thumb drive be viewed remotely through the app?

But there are limitations:

• recordings only accessible from the app (not the browser)
• recordings only accessible from the primary account (not friend accounts)
• no ability to make snapshots or manual recordings
• no thumbnails - videos need to be downloaded to view
• remote access requires router setting changes that some find difficult (and which don't work with all internet service providers).
