Cant add base station

I have a base station VMB3500 for Arlo Pro 2. The camera was working great until the app says it was offline. All base station LEDs are green. I clicked on remove the device, then I tried to add again but it doesn't work. What is weird is the camera still working with motion detection but no base station shows on the device. Again all LEDs are green. What should I do?
