Cann't drop my cameras to 'active cameras' in Secure . I can take them but not drop.

Are they in "no plan", or are they still in a trial subscription?

 

Did you try doing this both in my.arlo.com and in the app?

I already paid 7 months and it doesn't work.  So, they aren in a paid plan.

Therefor there was no problem ( 1 year)

I think you misunderstood my question.

 

Please go into subscription, and then "manage cameras".  Cameras that are in the subscription will be listed.  There will be a list below that called "no plan", where cameras that aren't in the subscription are listed.

 

Sometimes cameras somehow end up in the "no plan" list.  If that happens, you can drag them up, to add them back to the subscription.

That's the the problem. I cann't drag and drop. It doesn't work.

I also cann't leave my subscription by Arlo. 

And i cann't change the subscription.

Have you tried my.arlo.com from a PC browser?  You'd move it with the mouse.

Not sure what you mean by that.  You should certainly be able to cancel the subscription (or update the plan).  Some folks have reported issues changing subscriptions in the app.  So this is another case where it's worth trying my.arlo.com.

 

Note that if you cancel a trial subscription, you won't be able to get it back.
