I’ve had a arlo base station for several years last week lost signal and now cannot reconnect to iphone have google mesh wifi message received states no arlo device can b found iPhone cannot switch to 2.4g only 5g or LTE which is 4g any ideas

After several attempts got through to Arlo support had to reboot Arlo station several times and finally worked
