Cannot hear anything loud enough to understand from Arlo Pro 2 through iPhone 6S+

It seems like the fix for not being able to hear anything loud enough to understand from my pro2 camera is just going around in circles. I am using my iphone 6s plus to talk to anyone outside. Hearing very faint sound. Yes, I have been through all the settings. Can't buy anymore camera's till this is fixed.

Have you tried this via a browser or other devices? ( to narrow down cause )

This pops up now and then and seems to be either product or OS related as the system works on other devices
