Cannot get 2 new Arlo Pro2 cams to show up in the "default armed" rule.

Just added 2 new Arlo Pro2 Cams to my Base to make 4. They work fine, just cannot get them to show up in the default "Armed" Rule. If I make a new custom rule then I can add all 4 and they arm and work. However on the Default "Armed" rule ONLY the 2 existing cams show up in the list. What am I doing wrong? THX. I need the default armed rule to include all the cams because they are shared to another base also. 

I have rebooted the base and the camera several times. 

Please advise. Do I need to delete and re add the cameras to the base to achieve this?

Interesting - the Armed mode should automatically add rules for all cameras. Yes, I would remove one camera and add it back to see if that helps.
