I am trying to share my cameras with my wife's account. If I invite her, she doesn't receive the invitation. I have tried also to setup several accounts with different emails from different providers but it doesn't help. There is no email in spam or junk folders, it looks like the email simply doesn't get sent. Any idea? we are both with the "new" accounts.

One option is to just have her use your account credentials on her phone. Then there is no need for the sharing.

Sure. That’s an option. But, for several reasons, I’d rather not do that. Plus, why shouldn’t such a simple thing work?

Of course it should work. FWIW, I am not seeing a flood of posts from other folks saying that it doesn't. I'd expect to see a flood like that if this particular feature were to suddenly stop working.
You could try support if you have a subscription.

You’re right. It’s just that I don’t know what I can try to do to fix it, since it should an entirely “server based” operation.
About support: am I allowed to reach out to them only if I have a subscription? I mean, there isn’t even an email address to refer to unless you pay a subscription, is it? Or am I missing something? (I haven’t been able to find ad support email address…)
Thanks!

You can also wait a few days and try again, arlo might have fixed it by then.

A hardware failure for a camera under warranty also entitles you to reach support. So do billing issues.

Be careful here, as googling for support often leads to scam support sites.

Have you tried a gmail account? (Or one with a similar consumer scale).
