Cannot create arlo account. Shows error message. No option to create through website.

I have brought a Arlo pro 2 recently, and I have downloaded the Arlo apps, it shows the error message when I create an account. I have tried several times, and it still has the same problem. Also, there is not option for me to create an arlo account through website. How to solve it?

Problem solved. Can log in Arlo apps by this account.
