Cannot access my account from the app. Both "Account" and "System" are blanked out.

I am about to sell my estate and my question is how to change owner? I have opened the app but cannot where you are supposed to make changes of things. But two of the options " Account" and " System" are dimmed out and cannot be accessed. How do I proceed to change e-mail adress and perhaps owner name etc. ? Hope for help. Bengt Sinner

Go to Settings/each camera and use REMOVE DEVICE, then do the same for the Base.

The new owner sets it up as a new account

I have not tested yet as I will sell the house First.

But your solution is Very obvious and will certainly work.
