Cannot access camera on iPad

arlo pro 3 cameras record but I cannot see them on my iPad or iPhone. Internet works just fine, I did a rest last week but still cannot see any camera it says base unit off line.

Where are you seeing the recordings then?

Do you have a subscription?  If not, then what model hub do you own?
