I have a Arlo base and 5 cameras
last week 3 of 5 cameras stopped working and said subscription is required, I have never had a subscription. Arlo said it is a engineering problem and gave me a case number
how do I get my cameras back on line ?

After years of not needing a subscription, Arlo shut my cameras down while I was out of town. There chat room says the only solution is to subscribe. I picked Arlo over Ring because I didn't need a subscription. I have made all of my Arlo purchases on Amazon. I will give a nester for each purchase. They are ripping us off, and I resent it.

No one is ripping you off but stuff happens that we have to work to resolve. The general suggestion is to remove one camera and sync it again to see if that resolves the issue.
