Can't unscrew the part that attaches to the wall so can't charge Arlo Pro

I cannot charge my arlo because I cannot unscrew the part that attaches to the wall. It is stuck and I have tried everything. This is brand new and wondering how we charge if it does not unscrew.

If you are using the one screw dome mounts then your camera is attached by magnet to the mount. Just give the camera a tug and it will come off.

No, it’s not the dome mount. There is a large screw coming out the back of my Arlo with the piece that attaches to the mount that you screw in but I can’t get the screw out of the arlo. I attached a photo.

Tighten the lock that keeps the whole camera and attaching screw from rotating - the one you tightened once you found the right position, With that firmly locked in place, you can unscrew the camera.
