I can’t see videos in my library. I get a notification that I have one so I click into the library and can see them listed but am not able to click on more than one without the library going blank. I have to ex out of the app and go back in each time I want to look at a single video.

What phone device are you using? Try reinstalling the Arlo app and restarting your phone to see if that helps.

Just to make sure, you don't have any filters turned on when viewing your library, correct? Do you see any of the videos on your library when checking on the web client on your computer?
