Can't log in to Arlo App on the Android phone. Can see Arlo account on computer. Says timed out.

I can't log in to the Arlo App on my phone - this is since couple month already. I tried to ask Arlo support by their chat today - but it always drops me out before I even receive an answer. Waiting for an hour in the line to chat - and then - just trowing me out... This is really nuts... I can see my arlo account on computer but not in the App. It uploads for a long while and then always give me a message: You are timed out... And this is it. I have tried to crash down the App from the phone and then downloaded and installed it again - but its not working. I have Android.

Hi prooutfitters,

 

What Android version are you running? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your Android device? If you're still experiencing the issue, could you provide a screenshot?
