I am unable to change my subscription level.  I purchased the Arlo Smart Premier for $9.99/month and now want to cancel it.  I have tried going to settings and clicking on subscription but there is NO option to edit your subscription.  It only shows me the features of Arlo Smart Premier and that is my plan.  Very frustrating.  Anyone able to help?

Have you tried to contact support yet ? I would assume they have access to your account and should be able to modify it with your authorization.

You can do this by selecting the basic plan and then completing the subscription flow. Please let me know if you experience any further issues.

Oh I didn't know you would need to loop throught the subscription setup and selecting Basic to cancel out a subscription. That is an odd way of doing it, but what ever works.
