I added a second person to my Arlo account. It went well. The problem is that the second person can only see two of the cameras (out of 4). I tried to add the devices for the second login, but it would not connect to the base station. I have had no problems with the main account. What am I doing wrong?

Can I suggest that you delete the granted user and reinvite them with the additional cameras selected.

The base station can't be added to a guest account, just cameras. Is that the problem you're having? To be clear, the guest account has all cameras selected in Grant Access?

Did you check that you shared all the cameras? You never add the cameras to the "friend" account.
