I have sold my house and decided to leave the Arlo system as a gift for the new owners. I logged into Myarlo.com (on a laptop) , and have tried everywhere to cancel my current subscription. Things like "account" are greyed out, and even under subscriptions, its not showing my current subscription. I cant even find where to update my credit card details.
Am at a wits end , and after reading this is a reoccurring problem , I am concerned there is no easy fix.
Solutions please ?
