Is there a way to use the existing wiring from a flood light to power up the arlo pro 2 camera. If so please explain how.
If not, how would you set up the arlo pro 2 camera with electric outside. I currently have no outlets outside.

You'd need to tap into the floodlight's wiring to create a new outdoor outlet. The cameras need a USB charger (the outdoor one in your case) to operate.

The fact that you are asking the question suggests that you probably should contact an electrician to do this work for you.
