Can The Arlo Pro 2 Use Wireless Activity Zones?

I have wireless arlo pro 2 on back porch. I want to change the activity zone. It states that I connect to a power source to do this. Will the camera hold the new settings if I make the changes while plugged to power source then put back to wifi? Also I thought humeruos is that I had to toggle off the audio because it picks up the frogs at night in the pond. It also picked up birds chirpping in the trees.

IIRC, the zones only work while on ac ( exception is if you have Smart, then it works on battery for Smart zones )
