Hi all,
I noticed I have a very low signal on my single camera, and I was wondering if I can unplug the base station power , install a longer ethernet cable , and plug power back in in a different location closer to the cam without any major hassles...vmb4000 base
Thx

I have the same problem on all 3 of my cameras despite one having a clear line of sight (through a window) to the base station only 20 ft away!

I'm going to guess that the low signal determination is via the indication in the camera positioning section which currently seems to always say poor. Use the indication on the Devices tab instead.

Not sure what you're saying but in the Devices tab, each camera has a WiFi strength indicator.
