I ended up disconnecting my arlo pro 2 from my phone when I try to reconnect it can’t find the base to restore it tried everything what do I do

Do you mean you actually used Settings, My Devices, your base, Remove to remove the base from the configuration? If so, remove everything you may see there. Turn the base off and back on. Make sure the power and Internet LEDs are green after the base boots. Make sure your phone is on your WiFi, not cell service. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base normally. Sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.
If that isn't the case or doesn't work, give us full details of what you've tried and what you see.
