Can I have 10 cameras split between 2 base stations on the free basic plan ? Or would I have to purchase a plan ?

If you have two separate accounts and grant access from one to the other, you can see and mostly control all 10 cameras. If you want all 10 cameras to be on one account, you'd have to pay for a plan
