Third camera does not want to sync. Trying to get second phone online but not recognizing.

we bought a 3 camera system. Third camera does not want to sync up , also trying to get second phone online with it and it does not want to recognize the second phone. one is mine ,the other my wife's.

Not sure what you mean by "recognize". Is the app installed on the second phone? Is it Android or iPhone? What version of the operating system is running on the phone?
Since you can only have one logon to the main account at a time, it is generally best to set up a second account for the second phone, and use grant access to allow access to the cameras. https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account
