Cameras timing out during install

I’m trying to connect my 2 wireless Arlo cameras with the new base station I purchased and it just keeps timing out, I have turned it off and tried again but it still won’t connect

Assuming the cameras are Pro 2 models (that's where you're posting) did you first remove them from the old base?  You can't sync a camera that's already synced and in your account.

Also, did you claim the new base first? That's needed before syncing cameras.
