replaced base station and it is online but will not pair with cameras Arlo pro2 system

I did the factory reset on the base and was able to get it online but the cameras are not able to pair when I go through all the steps that are supposed to work.

 

any help is appreciated

There are three methods to add camera devices to the base station.

 

1. Manually syncing the camera to the base by momentarily pressing the base top sync button then do the same on the camera.

 

2. Add the device using the mobile app while the mobile is connected to the local wifi router, trying to add with the mobile using cellular data will fail as it is not connected to the local network that the base is connected to.

 

3. Use a pc web browser connected to the local network Ethernet to my.arlo.com web portal to add camera.

 

Arlo has been experiencing difficulties with their servers for a long time now for customers adding devices so you may require arlo intervention to resolve.
