I have had this arlo system since 2015 (base VMB3500 and Pro 2 or pro cameras). All 3 cameras have recorded and stored to the library for years, auto deleting after 30 days. Now only one camera is recording to the library and the other 2 only allow live feeds. Arlo has stated that these older models would not be forced into subscription for library storage but it seems they have lied and are a dishonest company with no email address or working phone number. I have tried calling 3 numbers I found for them only to get a recording that shortly hangs up. Their chat bot is useless, informing me that I am not entitled to any support.
This is disgusting that a company refuses to assist customers and pushing them to come to the community to find answers that may or may not be directly related to their issues. I need a rep to contact me ASAP and I want my system back how it was.

Try removing one camera and re-syncing it to see if that helps.
