Cameras aren’t recording anymore. When I go to live feature, I can view, but motion is no longer triggering the cameras. I’ve restarted the device through my phone, but nothing...

Hi jamarh and Andrew67,

What jguedat is asking is if your camera is on Armed mode. If you are using a custom mode to have your cameras recording, try setting to Armed mode to see if that works.

I have the same issue. Two of the three cameras are working fine but the front door camera will no longer pick up motion.
Rebooted the base station and camera, but no change.
This problem started two days ago. The camera has 90% charge.

What mode is selected?

I’m not sure of the question....the mode that it is currently in is in recording mode (not live view), but I have zero recordings and alerts (which is inaccurate)

This worked. For some reason, the mode was suddenly on “disarmed”. I have no idea how this happened. Nevertheless, it is working now. Thank you. Hopefully it works for you too, Andrew67.

Hi JessicaP, I have checked the mode and it is armed for the base station and all three cameras. Two of the cameras are working fine but the one still isn’t picking up motion and recording? You can go live and the camera works fine......do I need to buy a new camera as it’s a couple of years old now?

Try using the motion detection test and see if your camera is able to detect motion. You can read here to learn how to use the motion detection test: How do I use the motion detection test for my Arlo device?

Hi
I’ve just tried doing the motion test and no light is blinking?

If the motion detection test is not working even when adjusting the sensitivity, you might have problems with the camera. I would suggest to contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
