Camera stopped syncing and contacted customer service to return. Still don't have camera.

Where to start! I bought the Arlo Pro 2 Wireless camera and base station and Chime and Doorbell Aug 2019. Everything worked well and I was really impressed - for the first 6 weeks. Then the camera stopped synching with the base station and I had the joy of contacting customer service and eventually having to return the camera. Several weeks later a new (but not new it was clearly refurbished/scratched) camera arrived. Guess what this would not synch either! So again back to customer service and I returned the camera in Oct 2019. I have chased and chased and chased and chased and I still have not had the camera returned - 6 MONTHS later and no camera. Having paid ~£400 for the kit I have had a working camera for 6 weeks out of 8 months! I have all but given up on their customer service because it has been a complete waste of time and really stressful waiting for ages to get connected, having to repeat the sorry story over and over and then for NOTHING TO HAPPEN! In my life I have NEVER experienced such completely incompetent service. Would never buy again or recommend. AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAMERA  - THAT I PAID FOR! Does anyone have any advice that might help me get through to Arlo and get this resolved?
