Between last night and today, thief rummaging through my car. 

I have sensor lights. But today my car was rummaging through by a thief. 

My camera UNEXPECTEDLY NOT WORK.........

I connected the power and battery.

This situation is very bad and worrying.

Your car is locked, right? Have you called the police?

Try testing the camera yourself by approximating how the thief would have acted. Remember that people detection is no more than 25 feet with sensitivity set to 100 in your modes and rules. Motion is also best detected across the FOV, not directly at the camera.
